Easy returns in three simple steps

Step 1: Contact us

Please contact us at support@iconic33.com to initiate your return.

Step 2: Send your order back

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address listed on the return form.
Make sure the package includes a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and this helps prevent any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund

Once we have received your return package, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within five business days.
